Ladis is an idyllic mountain village with many original farmhouses and a well-preserved town centre. It is located together with the villages of Fiss and Serfaus in the so-called Upper Court in the west of Tyrol. Thanks to its location on a plateau, it is one of the sunniest places in all of Austria. The Tyrolean Mountain air is fresh and clear, cows graze on the alpine pastures and an endless hiking paradise stretches in front of you: this is a holiday in Ladis, an idyllic mountain village in Tyrol. The area is a paradise for hikers, climbers and cyclists with a bike park, downhill trails and rental shops.
Right next to the VAYA Ladis, is the historic Laudeck Castle, which can be seen from afar. It is privately owned, but can be visited once a week in July and August. But there is also a lot to experience out in nature. You can go on numerous hiking tours with different levels of difficulty and visit the adventurous themed trails by Thomas Brezina with your children.
If you like it a bit faster, you can go on a mountain bike tour on the trails and single trails of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region. In the bike parks you can put your skills to the test and hone your riding technique. On the way uphill you can be supported by an e-bike – or you can choose a relaxed bike tour in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Are you looking for connection during your vacation or do you want to experience Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis apart from hiking, mountain biking and nature? Then you can join the diverse weekly program of the local tourism organisation and participate in various activities and excursions.
Other heart pumping activities include paragliding, rafting and canyoning or a more sedate Segway tour. A list of other activities is produced by the tourist board and you can participate in various activities and excursions. You will receive the popular SUPER.SOMMER.CARD in the VAYA Ladis for your summer holiday.
