Varied winter fun
Just next to the VAYA Zillertal you can enjoy the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen-Spieljoch ski area. From there you can reach the snow-covered Aschau valley run with skis or a snowboard to the VAYA Zillertal. The Stephan Eberhart gold slope, which is even floodlight, leads you down to Kaltenbach. Up to almost 2,400 meters above sea level, you have a large selection of runs at all different levels of difficulty at your disposal. Freeriders can plunge into a winter adventure on unprepared ski routes or through halfpipes, jumps and rails in the Betterpark.

Skiing holidays in the Zillertal
Due to its wide range of runs even for the beginner, it offers the perfect conditions for a wonderful skiing holiday for all the family. Stylish gourmet restaurants can be found in our ski area, as well as rustic huts that serve you traditional Tyrolean delicacies. If you are looking for even more fun on the slopes, the Zillertal Arena ski areas, the Mayerhofner Bergbahnen and the Zillertal 3000 ski and glacier world are also available in the Zillertal.

For adventurous activities off the slopes, you try the many winter hiking trails or explore the many cross-country trails or whizz down several toboggan runs. The longest one is more than five kilometers long; you can also find floodlight natural toboggan runs near to the VAYA Zillertal. Ice skating, curling and an ice disco bring more fun to your winter holiday for the whole family. And if the weather does not cooperate, you can have fun in the Zillertal climbing center or visit thermal baths at Zillertal. Here you will find indoor and outdoor pools as well as massage jets, brine pools, quiet areas and adventure pools and an extensive area especially for children.
