Plan regular
sauna sessions

Many of our resorts have a sauna. Visiting them regularly pays off – at any time of the year. Because of the heat, the blood vessels dilate, and it helps with stronger blood circulation. It also relaxes those tired muscles and can prevent aches and pains. In addition, at higher temperatures it also boosts our immune system.
