We’re delighted to welcome you and your furry companion to our establishment (subject to availability, not applicable to all room categories). Please understand that dogs are not permitted in the indoor dining areas but are welcome on our terraces and other outdoor spaces. There is an additional nightly charge of 30.00 EUR per dog (excluding food), and a deposit of 100.00 EUR will be collected during check-in.
All guests over 15 years old are subject to tourist tax. All children under the age of 15 are exempt from tourist tax.
The exact amount of the local tax is shown directly in the cost breakdown of the individual rooms in our booking interface, so that you have clarity and cost transparency right from the start. You will also receive this important information in your booking confirmation. So you can always plan your trip with the best overview.

Payment in cash in Euro or with an electronic debit card (Maestro), as well as major credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), is possible on-site.
VAYA accepts Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX, and reserves the right to temporarily preauthorize a certain amount upon your arrival.
The cancellation policy is clearly visible when you select a room, so you have clarity from the start. You will also receive this important information in your booking confirmation. This way, you always plan your trip with the best overview.
We are pleased to announce that we are partners with the European Travel Insurance. Safety is important to us, especially when it comes to the most beautiful time of the year – your well-deserved vacation.
In the event that you or your travel companions are unable to embark on your well-deserved vacation due to a severe illness, accident, or any other reason, we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus or Premium insurance provided by the European Travel Insurance.
You can also add travel insurance to your reservation for your stay or vacation afterwards, which is simple and without any extra cost. After a waiting period of 10 days, you will be well insured for your upcoming vacation in our VAYA hotels. Click here to add post-booking travel insurance.
What to do in case of a cancellation when you have travel insurance with European Travel Insurance?
Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to go on your planned trip. This should be done in writing and sent to the reception of the booked hotel or to the reservation department of VAYA Resorts. Subsequently, a cancellation invoice will be generated, which needs to be paid and submitted to the European Travel Insurance.
