We’re delighted to welcome you and your furry companion to our establishment (subject to availability, not applicable to all room categories). Please understand that dogs are not permitted in the indoor dining areas, but are welcome on our terraces and other outdoor spaces. There is an additional nightly charge of 30.00 EUR (excluding food), and a deposit of 100.00 EUR will be collected during check-in.

What to do in case of a cancellation when you have travel insurance with European Travel Insurance?
Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to go on your planned trip. This should be done in writing and sent to the reception of the booked hotel or to the reservation department of VAYA Resorts. Subsequently, a cancellation invoice will be generated, which needs to be paid and submitted to the European Travel Insurance.
