The Serfaus subway is the world’s smallest and highest-lying air-cushioned floating subway, and a real highlight in this region. This driverless air-cushioned monorail with cable drive runs underground and is completely separated from individual traffic. It connects the car park in the east of Serfaus with the cable car base station in the west of the village. The advantage of the subway for you as a guest is that you can travel comfortably and environmentally friendly through Serfaus, without relying on your car.
