Culinary highlights in Saalbach
For almost 600 years ago, the “Post”, has been the serving food and wine in the center of the village it has been the social heart of the village and has not changed to this day. In the middle of the main square you will also find our new garden and the umbrella bar. Our giant umbrella provides shade in summer and also protects against rain and snow in winter, it makes the perfect meeting place for all generations in every season.

We also spoil you from morning to night with our many restaurants. In the morning you will find our extensive breakfast buffet in the Postmeister restaurant, in the evening we serve 4-course menus here. In the VAYA Bar & Grill and our restaurant Postillion we offer an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. The bar offers the perfect spot for a cocktail or an after-dinner drink.

The Postmeister restaurant serves a selection of both traditional Salzburg cuisine and international cuisine it offers something for everyone. As part of our half board package, you can enjoy a 4-course menu daily in this restaurant.
The VAYA Bar & Grill is our à la carte restaurant, the team provides you with a selection of excellent dishes in a stylish ambience. Here, classic meets traditional dishes and combines them with Mediterranean influences. A speciality of the house is the Wagyu beef steaks from the Hohe Tauern region, The uniquely marbled meat is known for its tenderness and wonderful taste. Our plant-based options are perfect for vegetarians.
