Does your back sting, your joints crack, could your posture be a little more upright? Or do you move through life as smoothly as a panther anyway? Either way, when VAYA vibes meet a long drawn-out “Oooooom”, something almost magical happens. Almost a symphony of well-being, you could say. We know this because we were able to observe several times last year how, after a short time, a smile crept onto the face of the participants in our yoga retreats with Sandra König (yogamotion.at) that would stay there.

Now she is back by popular demand. In various VAYAs you can once again work with Austria’s best-known radio voice for more balance between body and mind. Of course, the package includes overnight stays in the booked room category, half board with an excellent breakfast buffet and an evening meal. You will toast to your Yoga Yeti time-out with a welcome drink and receive a gift. You can relax in our VAYA wellness area.
