All you need to know for your holiday in Obergurgl
- Parking fee outdoor parking: 8.00 EUR per day/car (subject to availability)
We are pleased to welcome you and your four-legged companion to our establishment (upon request, not available for every room category). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the indoor areas of the restaurants but are welcome on our terraces and other outdoor areas. There is an additional fee of 30.00 EUR per dog per night (excluding food). A deposit of 100.00 EUR will be collected during the check-in process.
All guests over 15 years old are subject to tourist tax. All children under the age of 15 are exempt from tourist tax.

What to do in case of a cancellation when you have travel insurance with European Travel Insurance?
Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to go on your planned trip. This should be done in writing and sent to the reception of the booked hotel or to the reservation department of VAYA Resorts. Subsequently, a cancellation invoice will be generated, which needs to be paid and submitted to the European Travel Insurance.
